Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient Taoist practice of abdominal organ massage — working to restore the flow of chi through the vital organs, release what has accumulated, and return the body to its own natural order.

In an in-person session, we work directly with the abdomen to release chronic tension, support circulation, and tend the digestive and reproductive systems. As the belly softens, a deep relaxation often follows — and it is not uncommon for emotional or energetic releases to arise naturally as part of the process. The belly holds more than we typically acknowledge, and this work creates the conditions for it to let go.

— five session packages available —

This work is especially supportive for those experiencing chronic belly tension, digestive difficulties, or reproductive imbalances — and for anyone longing to feel more at home in their body. Clients often leave with a sense of deeper connection to their belly, greater ease in digestion and breath, and most importantly, more like themselves.

Katherine is trained and certified in Chi Nei Tsang Levels 1, 2 through the Universal Healing Tao system under Grandmaster Mantak Chia — a Taoist lineage that draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine and centuries of accumulated wisdom about the body as a living energetic system.

Mentorship

This mentorship is an invitation to come into relationship with your own becoming: a one-on-one container shaped around you and what you are here to tend.

Chi Nei Tsang, Taoist inner alchemy, feminine healing arts, earth-based practices, and somatic inquiry are the tools — but the work itself is your way of becoming. Together we map your body's landscape — what you carry, how you hold it, what is ready to move — and every practice is oriented toward the same end: bringing you into deeper intimacy with your true essence, layer by layer, session by session.

— monthly containers available —

As a guide and ally on your journey of becoming, I hold you with the utmost compassion, without losing sight of your true essence. This is a practice-oriented container: alongside our weekly sessions, you'll be asked to hold a devotional practice of your own for thirty minutes a day.

This mentorship is for those seeking deeper personal support, and for practitioners ready to bring this work more fully into their own bodies and offerings — for those ready to build a real, loving relationship with the body, whether you are new to these practices or already walking this path.

Group Practice

Katherine regularly offers group practice containers for women — intimate, evolving spaces rooted in Chi Nei Tsang self-massage and Taoist inner alchemy and feminine alchemy practice. Each container is its own shape: some span several weeks, some gather around a single theme or season, all of them held in a spirit of shared tending, practice, and deep listening.

Taoism understands the body as nature — moved by the same rhythms as water, soil, and sky. These practices work with that understanding directly, using touch, breath, and attention to tend the belly and the organs, to soften what has hardened, and to return the body to its own quiet intelligence.

To practice together in this way is to remember something ancient about how women have always gathered: in circle, in care, in reciprocity with the living world.

We meet on Zoom, with sessions recorded for those who cannot join live. Participants are welcomed into a private WhatsApp group for ongoing connection and support throughout the container.

These offerings are for those longing to feel more at home in their bodies, to reconnect with their inner rhythms, and to nourish the body through consistent, embodied care.

Working with Katherine

Sessions with Katherine are slow. Slower than you might expect. She works with rather than against, trusting that given time and safety, the body finds its own way toward ease.

The space Katherine works in is part of the medicine, beauty itself is settling, and the body relaxes when it feels held by something carefully tended. She brings the same attentiveness to her presence: quiet, unhurried, open.

People leave feeling more at home in their bodies. More spacious. Over time, the changes accumulate: better digestion, deeper sleep, less chronic tension in the abdomen, a greater capacity to meet life without bracing against it.

A returning, as one client put it, to themselves.
